SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or Bank holidays will be processed the following business day. All orders are subject to availability. once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email which includes your order number and invoice. this is not acceptance of your order, but confirmation that it has been received and is still subject to cancellation. Adjustments cannot be made once an order has been placed. Any orders that require address changes will be cancelled and must be resubmitted. Delivery costs vary depending on the service selected, where the item is coming from and the destination. Delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

RETURNS

At ATMIT, we are committed to delivering premium products and exceptional service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the tag is removed or tampered with. Items must be free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear or damage.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect on your account after confirmation.

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. This includes final sale or discounted items, custom or personalized products, and any digital or perishable goods.

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@atmit.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly. For any questions or assistance, our team is available at returns@atmit.co.uk.

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.
Items that are hand-finished or created through a manual process resulting in a bespoke piece are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. As for all of our limited collection products, they reflect the craftsmanship and intention behind each design. As such, discounts do not apply unless explicitly stated. All sales of these items are final, in recognition of the care and individuality involved in their production.
